Data controller

appSolutions ApS, CVR DK25921631, [ADDRESS — to be filled in], Denmark. Email: info@app-solutions.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send us a message we store your name, email address, optional company name and phone number, and your message. We use this to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up on a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Technical data. Our web server records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate the site securely and to detect abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for a short period only.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store two small, strictly functional preferences in your browser: your choice of light or dark theme (local storage) and, if you switch language, your preferred language (a cookie). Neither is used to identify you.

How long we keep your data

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting collaboration, and are deleted after at most 24 months of inactivity.

Who processes your data

The website and its database are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU, acting as our data processor. Your data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, email info@app-solutions.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk.
